September’s Character in Action word is “Character”.  A person of character thinks right and does right.  A person of character models the qualities of a good person: trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring and citizenship.”

School supplies are being sold in PE and in Room 18 after school.  If you need composition books, spiral notebooks, pencils, pens, erasers, highlighters, and more, come see Mrs. Curtis.

Be sure to have your temporary ID card with you and be in uniform.

Ever thought about COLLEGE? Do you want to go to COLLEGE?  Where would you like to go? USC? UCLA? Chapman University?  CAL STATE FULLERTON? If you have these questions, join the club with COLLEGE CLUB and get some answers!! Come by the counseling office and see Mrs. Munoz for an application.  Our first meeting will on Wednesday 9/15.  You will need to return a complete application to Mrs. Munoz by Friday 9/10 in order to participate.

There will be a “Road to Admission College fair” on Saturday September 4 from 9 am to 1 pm at the West Anaheim Youth Center on Beach Boulevard and Lincoln. There will be informational workshops and college representatives available to give you career and college information.

Sign-ups for 1st quarter sports are on Tuesday, September 7 after school in the gym.  The sports are 7th and 8th grade football, 7th and 8th grade girls volleyball and Boys 7th and 8th grade tennis.
